Grounded electrical outlets

I have two bathroom grounded outles on same circuit. Circuit breaker was opened which I reset. I found one grounded outlet to be bad, and replaced it. Still no power. Tested outlet in other bathroom and it was bad, replaced it. Now both outlets still have no power to them. Could a wire be shorted between the two outlets? How do I check if it is the common or Hot wire or both?
Thanks, Jim

Look for a gfci on the circuit. It could be in the garage.

Outlets not working

Joed, your a genius. I found the GFCI exactly where you said, in the garage and it was tripped. One outlet is working. I think the I put the old outlet back in maybe that's why the other bathroom outlet is not working.
Thanks so much, Jim
