2 way switching
I have a 3 gang 2 way switch, the first two rocker switches are in the up postion for off and switch down to switch lights on as normal, but the third rocker on the place is the wrong way round, ie down is on and up is off. Inside there are several red wires connecting the plate switches to the supply, but I don't know what to move where to correct it. Please help, many thanks

Pull the switch out of the box by removing the plate and then the screws that hold it to the box. Without disconnecting any wires, turn it upside down and reinstall it. Of course, do this with the breaker off. When repacking the switch back into the box, fold the wires neatly into the back of the box, and make sure the grounding wires don't short out against the switch screws.
