electrical problem
My house is 3 years old and for the past week the lights in 2 of my rooms have been at various times dimming. Yesterday the lights and outlets actually turned off for a minute or so and then came back on. No breakers ever tripped . I have never seen this before, do you think that I have a faulty breaker?

The first thing is to determine whether everything affected is on one circuit, or more than one circuit. If the former, then the problem is most likely yours. If the latter, the problem is most likely your power company's. So, which is it?
