Probably a burnt out motor. You will probably have to replace it.

Most of the time, these motors are inexpensive and easy to replace.

You might want to test it first. These motors usually just plug into the housing. Pull off the cover and plug a radio or lamp into where the fan was connected to see if you have power there.

A couple of loosened screws and you will be able to pull the motor / squirrel cage out of the housing. Try plugging the motor in to receptacle and see if it works. If so, then you need to check the connections in your fan housing. If not, it's probably burned out. You can either take it to an HVAC Supply house or buy another identical unit and remove the motor for installation in your existing housing.
