Fluorescent Fixture Problem

Hello

I have just registered so this is my first Post.

In the kitchen of my condo I have 4 recessed fluorescent fixtures.
One of the the fixtures has been giving me a problem in that I have to keep replacing the tubes often.

I can put in two new tubes and if they last a week I am doing good. Why does this one fixture keep blowing tubes? And more importantly how can I fix this. I have lived here a year, and have not replaced any of the other lights.

What is the Moved: in front of the suject of my message?

You may just have a bad ballast.

Probably a bad ballast, also, check the sockets your flourescent lights fit into to see that they are in good shape, another possibility is that they are not making good connections.

Installing Under Cabinet Lighting

I'm remodeling my kitchen and I have a question about running the low-voltage wiring for the under cabinet lighting. Do I just want to wire an outlet at the top of the cabinet, which is connected to a switch. Then run a low-voltage wire in the wall from the top to the bottom of the cabinet for the lights. Then I can plug the transformer into the outlet at the top of the cabinet, which would then be connected to the low-voltage wire running in the wall. Is there a better way of accomplishing this task? wiring a pressure switch/submersible

I think I got this right, but would appreciate confirming input before powering up. I'm wiring a pressure tank/submersible pump (first time). I've got the two hots, red and black, coming from a disconnect into the pressure switch. The switch terminals are labeled "L1" and "T1" on one side, and "L2" and "T2" on the other side. I've connected the black from the disconnect to "L1", and red from the disconnect to "T1". Continuing on to the control box, black from "L2", and red from "T2". The green EGC wires, of course, are connected to the two green screws in the pressure switch chassis. Is this correct? In the control box, does it matter which hots go to which terminals on the line side? On to the pump from the control box, it's straight-forward yellow, black, red, and EGC. I will be making those connections in a junction box which has red, black, WHITE, and EGC run from the pump. Can I safely assume the white gets the yellow from the control box...or should I double-check with the well driller who wired the pump during install while I wasn't there?
