Double Switch..

I have a double switch, with one of the switches feeding the outlet for the disposal unit. It has 2 wires (black and white) with the white being hot.
I'd like to tap into the source for the second switch, in order to power some counter lights.
The breakoff tab is still in place and there are currently no pigtails being used anywhere.
Any suggestions would be most welcomed.
Regards,

You can 't do it. You don't have enough wires. That is only a switch leg. You don't have neutral even though you have white wire.

Run another cable between the disposal receptacle and the switch box, or change the existing cable from a /2 cable to a /3 cable (second option preferred).
