I suggest you get a book or two on home wiring from your library or home improvement center. These type of projects are their bread and butter.
You didn't say, but I assume that you want the switch to turn on and off the receptacle. There are multiple ways to do this job. The simplest is to run the power feed to the switch box, and run another cable from the switch box to the receptacle. At the switch box, connect white to white, and then connect the two blacks to the two screws. Connect the two bare wires to each other and run a pigtail to the grounding screw. At the receptacle, it's simply black to brass, white to silver, and bare to green.
If this is a switch/receptacle combo in one device, then post back for more information. But if you only have one black and one white wire in the box, the job is probably impossible.
There are a lot more details needed to do the job safely and legally, so be sure to get the books.
