If this circuit is a 15a use 14 gauge wire, if its 20a use 12 guage wire. That said Im going to explain this using 14 guage wire, if it needs to be 12 just replace all 14s in my eplanation to 12s.
bring power and neutral to s1, run a piece of 14/3 w/ground to s2 from s1. Run 14/2 w/ground from s2 to ws1, then 14/2 w/ground from ws1 to ws2, then again from ws2 to ws3. Now at each switch you should have two cables, a 2 wire w/ground and a 3 wire w/ground. Take the grounds and pigtail them so you can ground the switch. Take the whites and wire nut them together. Now on your 3-way switches you should have 3 terminals, two will be brass or silver, and one will be black. Take the black and the red from the 3-wire cable and hook them to the brass/silver screws, it doesnt matter which one goes to which side. Then take the black wire from the 2-wire cable and hook it to the black screw.
If its easier to bring power to s2, go ahead and swap s1 and s2 in my explanation. If you need more help, post back.
