I'm building a new home where I would like a recessed meter base on one side of the attached garage( wall closer to service pole) but I want the service panel on the adjacent wall(wall attached to the house). So I was wondering If I could install the PVC for the service up inside the foundation stem wall to the recessed meter base , then back down the stem wall, underneath the garage floor and back up the other foundation stem wall to the service panel. Obviously , the PVC would be installed when the forms go up prior to pouring the footing and stem walls. I could also run a ground to the rebar as well ,right? Anyway, thanks for the replys.

Hi, I have a house that was using 21 out of 30 breakers, including a couple lights in the basement. I'm adding onto the basement and will be using most of the room available for breakers. Since I'm planning out the circuits now, can someone tell me how many circuits I should leave empty when I'm all done? I already have a water heater, A/C, etc. Just not sure if there is a certain amount that always has to be left empty! Thanks
