Hot tub bonding

Does the rebarb in my cement pad for my hot tub need to have a wire ruuning to the bonding lug in my tub? Does the aluminum kitchen window above my tub need to be bonded too? Can I run flexible water-tight conduit greater than 6ft if I use a seperate wire in the conduit for my ground and not the steel conduit core? What is the difference between THHN & THWN wire (if any)? How close can I put my tub to the side of the house? Thank you!!!

No you dont have to bond the rebar, unless any part of it is exposed. Ive had inspectors make me bond window frames before, but its up to the local AHJ. No, your flex cannot be longer than 6', and it doesnt matter how short it is, your still required to run a ground in it. As far as electrical codes go, I dont think it says anything about how close to the house it can be.

NEC requires the ground wire to be insulated.

The W in THWN stands for suitable for wet conditions. Most THHN on the market ( all I've seen ) is dual rated THHN/THWN.
