NM Connectors

I am adding some new curcuits to a panel box. I do not have any new knock outs to use. I have thought in the past that per code you can only put (1) NM cable thru a connector, but the bag of 3/8" NM connectors I have says "For one or two 14-2 to 10-2 nonmetallic sheathed cables".

Which is correct?

If the manufacturer states that it is suitable (listed) for more than 1 cable, then follow their instructions.

entertainment center lights

I have a three piece entertainment center that has a touch dimmer at the top for the lights. The box, a Westek model 6553 touch dimmer stopped working, and I need to replace it. The box is from Westek in Monsey, NY and says "120 VAC 60 HZ 200 WATTS. The box had a small wire coming out of it that was wired to a metal screw. When you swipe your finger over the screw, the lights are supposed to come on and off, dim, etc. I've been to Radio Shack and Home Depot looking for the replacement, but they have nothing like it.
