Do you still have the installation instructions for the fan? They tell you exactly how to wire it up. On the fan, the black is usually the hot wire for the fan, the blue is usually hot for the light fixture (if there is one), and the white is usually neutral. How you connect them depends on how you want to run the fan. Do you have a switch to run the light or fan (or separate switches to run both), or do you want to turn both on from the pull chains, only?

Once we know how you want to run the fan/light, we can give you a better answer.

Good morning. With the wiring you have in the ceiling junction box you have no choice on how to connect the fan. The black and blue wires connect to the black in the j box. The white wire of the fan connects to the white wire in the j box. There is probably a copper stranded wire with the fan bracket which you connect to the copper wire in the box.
The switch on the wall will turn on the light and fan at the same time and you choose what is to run by using the chain pull switches on the fan.
Have a good day and please let us know how you make out with your project.
