three way switch

i am trying to hook up three high hats to two three way switches and i am having all kinds of trouble. can you please help

Let me use "=" to indicate a 14/3 cable, and "-" to indicate a 14/2 cable.

The most common mistake is trying to wire it as follows:

Power-S1=L1=L2=L3=S2.

That way cannot be made to work, no matter how you make the connections. I'm going to guess that this is the mistake you made. Is that so?

Your main two options are the following:
  • Power-S1=S2-L1-L2-L3.
  • Power-S1=L1=S2, and L1-L2-L3.
If you need help with the connections, then tell us which option you prefer and we'll provide connection information. There are several other options, but I don't recommend any of them.
