Power directly to light fixture
Light fixture is at the end of a circuit. Is is possible to run the power directly to the fixture, then run wire to the switch? If so can you detail for me? I have done the more typical before, running power to switch the wiring to the fixture, but never this way.

It's acceptable. You connect the white and ground to the fixture, then send a romex cable from the light fixture box to the switch box. The second cable is wired as follows:
Connect the ground to the ground in the light fixture box and to the switch grounding terminal on the switch. Connect the black to the incoming hot at the light fixture box and to one terminal on the switch. Connect the white to the other switch terminal and to the black wire on the light fixture. Mark the white wire with black tape at each end so it isn't confused with neutral.

The NEC requires you to use the white wire to feed power to the switch, and the black wire to feed power back from the switch. So, although it will electrically work either way, I must modify Juice's instructions slightly.
Let's call the power cable into the light box "P". Let's call the cable from the light box to the switch box "S". We'll use "b" for the black wire, and "w" for the white wire.
At the light:

- Connect Pb to Sw.
- Connect Pw to the white from the light.
- Connect Sb to the black from the light.
