I have some experience in putting in breakers in the pannel and I visually inspected the connections in the pannel and they do not seem to be loose, would testing the breaker at the pannel with a voltage meter be of any help, by this I mean touch the wire directly off of the circuit breaker and the common bar in the pannel to see if any fluxuating readings. Probably my best bet is to have an electrition come and look at the pannel huh?
Thanks a bunch, Roger

Well someone did come over and fidled in the panel, and that was not it, everything was tight. Looked at the first #1 outlet and moved it around while the lights were on and it caused it to flicker. He told me the plug that I used to replace the other one was not of a good quality and the wires were not connecting tight enough. He says that because it was the first one it pulled alot of the load and that is what was making it do this. What he did was wire nut all black wires together and pigtailed it to the outlet so that there was only one wire in the outlet. He did the same for the white wires too. Not a flicker so far. YEA!
Thanks for the help.

Turned the circuit off to change something on the circuit, flipped it back on and the lights in the room flickered again, so what I did was removed the circuit breaker and the wires to it, blew out some dust and removed some spider webs in it. Switched wires with a like breaker and I have not had a problem yet. I think that either the breaker is going bad so switching it with a circuit with less of a load doesn't cause it to arc or flicker. Or maybe it was dirty with the dust and spider web that when I blew it out and cleaned it that it was able to make a better connection. Its been a week now with no troubles so far.
I think what happend previously to make it work was the electrition pulled the breaker out to inspect it and put it back it and when he put it back in it sort of worked until I flipped the breaker switch and fouled things up again in the breaker because it was dirty or what not. Only time will tell if the breaker is indeed bad, but I am confident that the problem was in the breaker.
Roger
P.S. Hope this was not too confusing...
