Replace a wall switch to another wall

Hi everyone need some tips how to replace a switch from one wall to another wall

You need to move the wire to the new location. All your connections must be in accessable junction boxes.

Question regarding ground wire

If neutral wire and ground wire are connected to the same bar then why current is not passed to ground wire? They are all metal connection so shouldn't current passed from neutral wire to bus bar to ground wire?

Wondering if anyone has experienced this sort of thing. The dimming at my house is very slight (almost imperceptible) but definitely there. I'm sure this is probably worth a call to the electric company but wondering if anyone has thoughts about this. I have 200 amp service. Live in an older home (1925). The neighbors house is newer (1987). We both have the interruptable power service for our AC. Thanks
