Where are the receptacles? If they are in a garage, bathroom, basement, outside, or near a sink they could be protected by a gfci.

If these are exterior receptacle outlets they could be on the "Load" side of a GFI receptacle in another location, such as a bathroom. You must check all GFI receptacles for a "Tripped" condition.----Good Luck!!

Tell us what year the house was built and we might be able to give you a better guess as to where to find the GFCI.
