High Hat Flood Lite Stuck

I have a couple of 65W high hat flood lites that are impossible to unscrew from the socket. Any suggestions?

I'd keep trying for a while -- sometimes they succumb after enough fiddling. When you get really desperate, shut off the breaker, put on eye protection and leather gloves, and break the bulb. Then use needle-nose pliers on the base.

Try rocking the lamp side to side and front to back some times this helps. Also when instaling the new lamp see if you can find an anti-seize gel PENETROX to prevent this in the future.
