removing high hat lights
im removing part of the drop ceiling in my basement, and as i result i have to remove the high hat lights to make room for the new ceiling. when disconnecting these lights what should i do with the electrical wires? i plan on possibly using them again, i just need to disconnect them for now to get the new ceiling up.

The wire ends must always remain accessable (either in plain view or by removing a ceiling/access tile) and placed in a junction box. Wire nut the ends and leave them in a junction box above the suspended ceiling.
