Question Ceiling Fan wiring

I'm trying to install a Hampton Bay ceiling fan with a wall switch that contains two knobs. One to control the light, and one to controll the fan..

The Wall switch itself contains three wires - Red on the top right, Black on the bottom right, and Yellow on the bottom left.

The wire in the wall connected to the wall switch contains four wires;
Bare - Connected to the wall box
Red - Connected to the red wire on the wall switch.
Black - Connected to the Yellow wire on the wall switch
White - Connected to the Black wire on the wall switch.

At the mounting box for the ceiling fan, there are two sets of wires coming in; The one from the wall switch (with the four wires), and a 3-wire set (black, white, and bare).

The ceiling fan contains a green, black, blue, and white wire.

I'm not concerned with the green/bare wires. I know where they all go.

Attached is a very rough sketch of how the wiring is set up. I'm just not sure how to connect the wires at the fan.

Thanks,
Todd

As you can see, your picture did not post. The only way to post a picture is to put it on your own web site first and link to it.

Was there anything there before, or did a builder just leave wires hanging out of the wall? Do you know if the ceiling is prewired for a ceiling fan? Does it have a fan-rated box in the ceiling? Please provide more details and history.
