4-way switch question

I was wondering if someone could explain to me or post a link that would explain the correct way to hook up my 4-way switch.

I have two 3-way switches with the 4-way being in the middle. There is 14-3 cable running from both 3-ways to the 4-way switch. The light that these switches control comes off of the second 3-way switch.

Thanks for the help.

That's a diagram we often refer people to from here. The two guys who made that web site (Don and Warren) used to be esteemed regulars here. There are multiple correct ways to wire it. The diagram you cited is certainly one of the correct ways.
