2002 Natioonal Electrical Code

A quick question about the 2002 version of the National Electrical Code. The printing I have does not have 312.4
Is this a print problem or was it intentonally omitted.

Wiring receptacle for stove

Hey everybody, Quick question about an electric stove/oven receptacle. I just moved into a new house and the receptacle in the kitchen for the range is a 4-prong. Applying Murphy's law, my electric range has a 3-prong plug. I bought a new 3-prong receptacle, but I'm not 100% sure how to wire the four wires from the wire to the 3 terminals in the receptacle. I'd rather ask and get it right then guess and get it wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks dave

GFCI installation for a spa

I am having a spa delivered and will need the electrical wiring done before hand. I am having it placed on my deck which is directly on the outside wall of one of the circuit breaker boxes in my home. My model requires a 240v,50 amp breaker with a GFCI box in which I have already purchased. What ballpark cost for this job will I be looking at? I have been told that it is an easy installation but knowing close to nothing about this type of project I am afraid I could be taken in price very easily. I welcome all opinions.
