Breaker Problem?

I added a 20a circuit to my panel for the sake of adding 5 or 6 outlets in my garage. I'm a carpenter and use saws and compressors and other hand tools frequently out there, I figured 20a was appropriate. My question is...I also want to add two exterior lights to that circuit and I'd like to control them with a switch that I will add at the very end of my run...I'm not sure how to make this work. I would like to actually control both lights as well as the receptacle just before the lights with the wall switch. I'd like to control the receptacle too because I'd like to use it for Christmas lights and it would be helpful to have a switch to turn them on and off with. Is this possible and if so easy enough to explain here? Thanks a bunch, Tom

I would like to add an additional receptacle(not switched) run from a ceiling light. I just want to make sure I make the right connections in the ceiling light. Currently in the ceiling light box, there are two 2 wire cables entering the box, 1 from a switch(cable 1) and the other to another rooms light(cable2). The ceiling light is wired as follows: Cable 1's black wire to the ceiling light black wire, Cable 2's Brown wire(assume it is acting as white) to the lights white wire. Cable 1's White wire connects to Cable 2's Black wire, and the grounds from both cables are connected. I would like to bring a 3rd 2 wire cable to the ceiling light to connect the new receptacle. How would I wire this to make it hot all the time?
