grounding conductor type

Is there any advantage/disadvantage to using bare #4 stranded wire as opposed to bare #4 solid for a grounding conductor. I think that the stranded would be a little easier to manipulate through the conduits and panel.
Thanks!

The code makes no distinction in this application. Stranded is easier to handle, but a little tougher to terminate under screws. If the termination is a lug with a set screw, either stranded or solid works fine.
