relocating a duplex outlet

I need this outlet raised 14 inches for the installation of an OTR microwave.

Can I run the new wire throught flexi conduit up into the above cabinet; wire nut the connections and cover the old box opening and install a new metal 1 gang box in the cabinet and plug the microwave in?

Yes, assuming that what you mean by "cover the old box opening" is an easily removable cover, and that the box remains there to contain the splices.

Yes an easily removed full cover will be placed on the existing box (which will contain the splices). So it sounds like I am on the right track.

I have two switches in one box. Each switch is for a different light. In that same box there is also a line that lead to a switch for another light in another room and the hot line from the breaker box. All of these switches need power from this one power line. There was another switch so you could turn one light on or off at either end of the hall but it has been removed. Now that that switch is gone I can't get any of them to work.
