Question Flickering lights?

I have a stained glass hanging light that I put in months ago. It has been working fine until just yesterday. It flickers every once in a while (maybe once every 30 min or so). I tried tighening the bulb and that didn't seem to change things. Is it just the light bulb or should I be concerned about the fixture itself (fire hazard, shock hazard???)

Could be the bulb.

Does the flicker coincide with any other event, such as the refrigerator or A/C kicking in, or a vacuum cleaner turning on, or you blinking ?

I have had bulbs do this. Try a new bulb or swap the bulb with another fixture.
