Electrical Panel Question

I need to notify my condo association as to the status of my electrical panel. I need to pick one of two choices:

1) Contains circuit breakers only
2) Contains fuses

Since I am a novice when It comes to electical stuff. Would someone be able to tell me by looking at this picture of my electical panel. It contains mini-breakers.

Thank you in advance.

what you have is now is old style fuse box with screw on mini breakers .. this type set up is not really 100% safe at all because someone can change the mini breaker setting by swap around the it and that box is pretty old style gotta be at least 30 years there and really suggest it is the time to get new breaker box with updated wiring there

merci , marc

Thank you everyone!

Marc, yes, the wiring is quite old. Definitely needs replacement in the near future.
