Neutral & Ground bond in my barn

I built a barn 380 feet away from my house. I decided to add power so I ran 3 - 1/0 copper cables to the barn from my main electrical panel in side a 2" conduit. I drove a grounding rod in the ground 7' about 5 feet from the Barns new electrical panel.

My question is do I bond the neutral and ground in this panel?

Thanks,

Allan

Since you did not run a grounding wire (only two hots and a neutral), then yes, you should bond the neutral and grounding bars in the subpanel.

Grounding rods need a minimum of 8 feet of earth contact.
