Inductive voltage probe going off

What does it mean when the 3-light circuit tester shows no lights, both breakers of a circuit with a shared return are off, but the inductive voltage probe still shows current at an outlet until a third breaker is switched off?

(always have a backup!)

Does it mean that the shared return got shared again for another circuit. ?!?

Inductance is cool

It turns out one leg of the shared return circuit ran parallel to that third circuit for a while. The third circuit was powering the filters in my koi-filled fish tanks. Those filters pump water by using magnetic impellers.

Turn fish filters off on circuit #3, inductive voltage probe stops going off on circuit #1 & 2.

Probably doesn't help that circuit #3 was put in by someone who didn't believe in grounding anything, so everything runs off plug-in GFCIs.
