3 light switches

Hello everyone, I know this is probably super simple, but I allready shorted the Light out in my apt Twice

All I want to do is change 3 light switches that where prety old. but dont remember how the wiring went, (O thought i did! )

Its setup like this

4 sets of wires. each of the sets are allready grounded, (Black white and ground)
one of those pair (black and white) the black one is the HOT and the other 3 pairs are for different things in the bathroom, (light Fan and heater)

plese someone give me a quick shout on how they are suppose to go

Appreciate it

::EDIT:: Here is a quick diagram of the Wires

and sorry if this is answered somewere else I tried search , Really i did

Ray take the main hot wire (black) attach 3 pigtails (short black lengths of wire) to it in a wire nut. Attach each pigtail to one of the screws of each switch. Take the blacks from the other wire sets and attach each one of them to the unoccupied screw of each appropriate switch. Tie all the whites together, leave grounds as they are....GL....RL

You also need to interconnect all the grounding wires to three grounding pigtails to the green screws on each switch. To get this mess all back into the box, you'll need to very carefully and neatly fold the wires. Don't just push really hard to cram it back in. You may need to fiddle with it a bit to get it packed properly.
