how many 14-2 per a 4"(w)*4"(l)*2"(D) box?

The box you describe is not a standard box. If you meant a four inch square by 2&1/8" deep box it has a nominal internal volume of 30.3 cubic inches. Since each number #14 AWG conductor needs a 2 cubic inch space it can hold 15 #14 AWG conductors. If the clamps are external and there are no devices or hardware in the box it can hold seven 14/2 w/ground cables. All of the equipment grounding conductors only count as one conductor.
