Adding a Kitchen island outlet

What options are there to add an outlet to the side of kitchen island that has no electrical feeds? The only electrical feed that I'm aware of is a 220 V line to the flat cooktop on the island; there are no other electrical feeds from the floor. The house is on a slab and the kitchen floor is tiled.
Thanks for your help,
Robin

How did the 220v circuit get to the island. If thru conduit, you would pull more wires for the 120v outlet. But it is Code that you have an outlet on the island so why wasn't it provided for? Is this a new house? If so, find out who the original electrician was, call him back and tell him to install his work to Code. If he knew there was going to be an island there as evidenced by his running a 220v feed to it, then it's on his dime.
