50amp Extension

Can I use two wire cables containing 3-8 and 1-10 in parallel to make a 50 Amp extension cord of 25 ft in length? I would like to use this cable as it would be more flexable for my needs.

I am interpreting your description to mean putting (3) #8 and (1) #10 wires together, with 50 amp cord caps at the ends.
Please clarify your objective.
If the interpretation I provided is the same as what you were saying, this is not an acceptable method. You really need a cord with the appropriate insulation, jacket, and amperage ratings.
The cord and connectors may need to be purchased at a supply house.

Please give more details, we may have additional suggestions to your application, that would be useful to you.

I have 50 feet of the 3-8 + 1-10 and want to double the wire and add 50A connectors. I would have 6-8 and 2-10 in this cable with like colors connected togeter to make a 25 foot 50 A extension. would this be safe to use?

NO you can't do that. You are not allowed to parallel wires under 1/0 size.
