Recommended books or videos for novices?

Hi everyone,

I've got a list of electrical projects in my new home that were identified during the inspection. I want to spend some time learning about home wiring, and then decide if some of the potentially easier projects (i.e. replacing non-working outlets) are things that I could attempt to fix on my own.

Any books or resources (in addition to this site!) that are particularly good for getting started?

Thanks for your thoughts!

Home Depot and Lowes should have books on basic house wiring. I have a couple that I still use for a quick reference.
