Lightbulb Adding lights to existing circuit

I was wondering if it would be safe to add 2 300W 120V 2.5A outdoor lights to an existing circuit in my attic?

Yes, you can possibly add circuits to your existing circuit.

However, you need to consider several things first.

What else is on this circuit? If this circuit feeds a bathroom receptacle then by code you can't add to it. If this circuit is already loaded heavily then you don't want to add 5 amps to it.
