circuit problem
#1

I have a problem. I have an outlet, then a light fixture, then a light fixture, and then another outlet on the same circuit. The last outlet on the circuit will not work, indicates open neutral. Would this happen because the light fixtures are not yet installed?

An open neutral means that the neutral is not connected. This means that the white wire is not connected somewhere.
Whether the lights are installed or not makes no diffference, as long as the white wires coming in and going out of the jucntion boxes are connected with wire nuts.
If all wires are connected, the most likely problem is that one of the connections made with wire nuts is not intact.
