Wire Size

It's me again, still doing research.

Ok, I read the label on the service entrance wires coming into my panel from the meter and it read E32071 CDRS. I looked this up on the internet and was able to find this:. Max 3/C, No. 4/0 with ground, AWG aluminum Triple E Alloy AA8176 Type SE cable Style U Type XHH-W-2 CDRS E32071 (UL) service entrance cable. Physically appearance it is a cable with a gray sheath, one black conductor, another black conductor with a red stripe and the braided wire landing on the neutral bus bar. Is this suitable for 200amp service? If it is I will go ahead and upgrade. If its not I'll just get a larger 100amp panel installed because I called a couple of electricians and they said I really don't need a 200 amp service.

I just saw another website that had the same wire description but it didn't mention a ground.

4/0 aluminum is generally acceptable for 200-amp service entrance wire.
