Fixture/Switch Confusion

I'm hoping I can get some help resolving this issue.

I have a room with a track light strip and a box for a ceiling fixture. There is a double switch on one entry wall and a single switch on the other entry wall.

The track lighting should work from a switch at either entry. The center ceiling fixture should work from the 2nd switch on the double switch side.

When we hook them up, they both turn on/off with one switch not independently.

In the ceiling box I have 1 cable with red/blk/wht/ground and 1 cable w/white/blk/ground. The light fixture has whit/black ground.

Can someone please help? Thanks Emily

How are you hooking them up, and how was the pevious light hooked up?

What wiring does the track light have running to it? What wiring runs to each switch location (and how are those wires hooked up)?

Track installed during remodel - was working from switch both sides of room.

How are you hooking them up,
Black with black, white with white, ground with ground. The red was tied into its black when I started.

and how was the pevious light hooked up?
Previous light was a ceiling fan w/ light taken down a year ago for remodeling and prior to track light installation.

What wiring does the track light have running to it? White/black/ground from ceiling box.

What wiring runs to each switch location (and how are those wires hooked up)?
Single Switch-red, wht on top terminals, black on bottom right terminal, ground to ground post.
Double switch box has four cables coming into box. 1st cable-red,wht,blk,grnd
2nd cable wht,blk,grnd
3rd cable wht,blk,grnd
4th cable-red,wht,blk,grnd

Right switch- has wht, red on top terminals, red on bottom terminal, grnd to grnd post
Left switch-blk on top terminal, black on bottom terminal, grnd to grnd post.
all other wht are together, all other blacks are together.

At the ceiling box connect the red wire to the black wire from the other cable.

Connect the black wire from the red/black/white cable to the light.

Connect the whitre wiures together and to the white wire for the light.

Connect all grounds.
