Lights blink

My lights at home blink in the evenings, mabey about 2 or 3 times a hour. I had a electrican check the panel and everything looks OK. Is this normal due to the voltage drop on the transformer. The transformer that my house is connecter is up the street, so I think I am at the end of the line.

A good first step to narrowing your search, is to ask the other neighbors that are served by the same transformer, if they have the same problem simultaneously with you. If so, then it is a utility side issue. If not, then it may be a problem from your connection into and throughout the house. But the first step is First.
