2 switches controls one-fan-light
I have added new bathroom sizable: Want to put one light-fan in ceiling but have it controlled by two switches at each door entry. New electrical 12 wire black (hot) white and ground.
From reading posts I assume I need 3 way switch ( dO i NEED ONE OR TWO?) aLSO COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO INSTALL!

I suggest that yiou read several books on home wiring. All will tell how to wire a three way switch, as this is basic everyday type of wiring.
You need two three way switching and 12-3 cable in addition to 12-32 cable. You can run from one switch to the next to the light, out the light in the middle, or even put the light at the beginning. How you want to run the wires will determine how to connect the wires at each switch and at the light.

If I read you right, you want four switches. All four need to be 3-way switches.
There are many, many ways to do this. Here's the one I would suggest (where "-" is 12/2 and "=" is 12/3):
Power-S1=S2-Light
Power-S3=S3-Fan
At each of the four switches, connect the two white wires to each other, the 12/2 black to the black screw on the switch, and the 12/3 black and red to the other two screws.
But as Bob suggests, read a few good books. Enter "home wiring" in your library computer word search. Select a couple of books with lots of color pictures.
