Dimmer Switch install on 4 Pole

I am trying to install a dimmer switch on a line with 4 pole switches. How can this be accomplished? Thanks in advance. gv

dimmer on 4 pole switches....

Do you mean 4-way swithch? If so you can only put a dimmer on one of the three way switches that is connected to the 4-way system.

2 switches controls one-fan-light

I have added new bathroom sizable: Want to put one light-fan in ceiling but have it controlled by two switches at each door entry. New electrical 12 wire black (hot) white and ground. From reading posts I assume I need 3 way switch ( dO i NEED ONE OR TWO?) aLSO COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO INSTALL! tHANK yOU gLENN m

??? Wire size for shop ???

I want to run electricity to a shop near my house. It is about 250 feet away. I want to have an outlet for a 220 volt, 15 amp compressor then some 110 outlets that will be running a power saw or drill. There will be about 4 100 watt lights. I asked the electric company about this and they offered to put in a new ple and meter for the small sum of $1500 to $2000 dollars. Ouch! :eek: Can anyone tell me what size wire I should run? This will be underground and on a subpanel off of my house. The man from the electric company said I should only need 30 amps. Thanks for whatever help anyone can give.
