Replacing main panel

I noticed that some of the circuits to my main panel are ran in what I will call a cloth covered insulation rather than the plastic coverings of today. Can I continue to use these or should I pull new wires throughout?

If the insulation on the conductors and the cloth covering is not falling apart and is completely intact, not crackinng either, then you can use it.

If there is a ground wire the you can leave it in place and use. I would not be reusing or moving it around.
