Question Problem with electric ceiling radiant heat

One of the rooms in my 1970's home is not producing heat. The thermostat has since been changed but still is not heating. How can I determine if there is a break in the ceiling cable itself?

You need to get an ohmmeter to test the resistance of the heating elements there is a break somewhere. The ohm reading you get will depend on the wattage of the heater.
