Replacing hard wired microwave

I am replacing a microwave hood unit that was hard wired, green/balck/white wires with metal receptacles coming out of a junction box with metal sheathing. All of the new microwaves use plugs. Is there an easy way to convert this, or do I hire an electrician?

Adding a receptacle where there once was hard wiring is usually trivial. Just install a box and a receptacle.
