Homeline vs QO panel

Are there any important differences in the Homeline vs. QO breaker panels made by the Square D company. I currently have a Homeline 100 Amp panel and am increasing to 200 Amp. I'd like to use the old breakers, and going with the less expensive Homeline would save around $150 to $200. Is it like the difference between Chevy and Buick, where some people just have to have the more expensive Buick, when a Chevy will get you there just as well for lower cost. Or is there something more important, like ease of wiring or safety features? Thanks.

The QO is undeniably better. But in my opinion, the Homeline is good enough.
