Question John

I need to feed a subpanel in a garage with a single pole 30 amp breaker.
I have used 10/2 from breaker to subpanel, which will have two 15 amp single pole breakers installed. This is whwre I get confused: how do I wire the subpanel safely to feed the two 15 amp breakers?

Black wire to either one of the main lugs. White to the neutral bar. Bare to the grounding bar (usually have to purchase and install separately). Throw away the green bonding screw. If the garage is detached, add grounding rods. Put your two breakers on the one bus that has power.
