quick question
when upgradeing a 70 amp fuse box to 100 amp circut breaker panel, to have more space, do you also have to upgrade the main feed to the panel as well as the outside circut breaker? thanx,

Usually, but not always. It takes an inspection of the existing wires to see if they are sufficient. By the way, 70 amps is an unusual service size.
