blown fuse

i checked my fuses for no power in my new house it must be labeled wrong .Ifound ablown fuse and replaced it,it blew immediatley?What does it mean and where do istart? two rooms no lights or outlet power

A blown fuse means an overload. You are trying to pull more current than the fuse can handle. This can be caused by a short circuit or by an overload.
Unplug everything that is on the circuit in question and try again. If the fuse does not blow then slowly, one at a time plug the devices back in. If the fuese still blows then you need to start examining each and every outlet (light or rceptacle) on the circuit until you find the problem.
