Correct earth cable size

I had a look at the wire size used to connect a sub panel in my house.
The sub panel runs 12 lights and 5 sockets.

The sub panel comes from a 30amp double pole on the main board and uses
3 AWE #10 wires (Live and common), but the earth is AWE #12

Is this OK? or should I get the #12 changed for AWE #10

Thanks

If this is under the jurisdiction of the National Electric Code, then a 30A feeder requires a #10 AWG copper equipment ground conductor.
