Living Room Light changes
#1

I am redoing the the lighting in my living room. Since I am doing other work that needed some of the ceiling removed I removed all of the drywall ceiling in my livingroom. I want to replace (2) 65W Incandescent recessed lights with a total of (5) 50W 120V Halogen recessed lights. The install is no problem, but my question is wiring (3) Halogens on 1 dimmer/switch and the (2) Halogens on another dimmer/switch.
Currently I am only using 1 light switch for both recessed Incandescent lights.
Thanks,
Will

What exactly is your question? If you are asking how to do this, then you will have to provide more information. Specifically, we need to know all of the wiring at the existing lights and at the switch.
Are you puting two lights as direct replacements for the edxisting two lights, or are you moving all the lights?
Do you want the two dimmers in the same location as the existing switch, or can the second dimmer be nearby?
Where do you plan to get power for the second set of lights? Where does the first set of lights get it's power from now?
